Clinical Experience in Substance-Use & Eating-Disorder Recovery (NYC)

Before opening my Union Square private practice, I worked in Manhattan outpatient treatment centers specializing in substance use recovery and eating disorder treatment. There I provided individual psychodynamic psychotherapy, facilitated relational process groups, and taught skills based psycho-educational seminars on harm-reduction and body-image resilience.
I also served as a clinical research coordinator in the Mood and Personality Studies at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the Bronx VA, investigating links between personality organization and brain structure and function.
